Auger Filler

Level switch and mixture motor automatic filling, Controlled by packaging machine, Made by Stainless Steel.

This type auger filler can do measuring and filling work. Due to the special professional design, so it is suitable to the fluidic or low-fluidity materials, like condiment, cosmetic, coffee powder, solid drink, pharmaceuticals, agriculture pesticide, granular additive, dyestuff, and so on.

1.All auger filler all use servo motor and servo driver for dosing and filling -High accuracy and speed
2.Level split hopper can half open ,easy cleaning
3.Inner hopper with dual mixing blade to make the filling easily
4.Top hopper with level sensor to control the feeding work automatic
5.The filling head height can be adjust by hand wheel
6.Change different size auger tooling ,it can be suitable for different weight range and different material

Screw Elevator
